This was an absolutely great experience. Cindy and her husband are very professional and ensure that their clients are always up-to-date with the progress of the transport and the valuable carry-ons. It was nice to check the status updates on uShip every night to see how far the puppy had gone. This is a very young puppy, without much potty training, and no knowledge of his new name (Rex)and Cindy handled him very well - he was in great spirits when he arrived. Thank you!!
