Shlomo at Artisan Shipping really stands apart from other shippers because he cares about people, not just the business transaction, and that's not something you find too readily these days. He is most highly recommended. Of course he performs the shipment immaculately - professionally, but as I said also provides a level of personal attention and care that is worth so much. I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Kravut was answering questions/communicating just fine up until the moment I accepted his bid. He said in the Q/A he would pick up on monday or tuesday. I tried calling to get the details. One number listed is disconnected. The other was working and I left a message. Later in the day, not hearing anything I called again. At that point and since then the second phone is shut off as well...emailing has not resulted in any response either. So there is NO way to get ahold of him.

Overall, these guys are great to deal with, very communicative and in touch at all stages. Ran into a snag or two but they completed the job in a positive and friendly way. Lost a small piece off of a table and ripped a poster, but all in all glad with the service. Be sure to pack up your things very well and insulate them.
