I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have tried to contact this driver by email,phone,and voicemail since Nov 30th,with NO RESPONSE!! The bike was supposed to be picked yesterday from the shop.. This is Unacceptable Service from a Gold Provider,Now I have to make other arrangements as soon as Possible to try and get bike here before Christmas!!!

Rich...you have emailed me ZERO times, and I have no record of texts or calls from you. In addition to that, you requested a cancellation on the morning of the 11th, 3 days BEFORE the bike was even due to be delivered! I have had significant delays the last week, due to 2 New York state ice/snow storm, but have been still able to complete agreements with understanding clients. Your bike would have been picked up today (Mon) and delivered THIS WEEK had you not been so trigger happy. :(

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved A personal Urgent matter with the Owner of the bike Will Not Be available for dates predetermined for pickup!,Will have to relist at a later date.Sorry Rich..

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I am not available for night pickups,as clearly stated in my description.Nor do I want to leave my bike outside for an after 6pm pickup as this driver suggested,these are not times when a motorcycle can just be left outdoors like some dirty laundry,and for a person to even SUGGEST such a thing shows a Total Disreguard for another's PROPERTY and most defintely NOT TO BE TRUSTED TO MAKE A DELIVERY..

We have cancelled this shipment due to false contact information....This shipper gave us a phony contact phone number to a weather station (304) 647-5060 and we don't do business in this manner!

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Also I cannot help unload due to surgery,this bike weighs over 500 lbs and there are no neibors close to me to help..Rich
