Uship MUST improve the ability for TSPs and customers to communicate details prior to bids and acceptance. The one-time email response thing has to be overcome for everyone's sake.

Superior service, easy to communicate with, did exactly as they said and on time. Too bad there aren't more small businesses like this one out there. They moved a custom Harley 600 miles in the same day for me. Working with them on my next shipment already. Don't look any further, hire Jake....you'll be glad you did.
