Prompt on the pickup and delivery. The drivers did push to make the drop off at 1 AM (not too reasonable) but understood when the recipient said no. The dropoff was moved to 5 AM. The car arrived in great condition.

The bike arrived in great condition and I'd definitely use Wolverine again. One quibble: Don't expect much by way of communication. Perhaps because I gave a pretty flexible delivery window, the folks at Wolverine didn't put much effort into letting me know the three times predicted delivery date changed. (However, I did get a 24-hour alert as promised.) But in the end, the bike arrived in great shape and the price was fair.

Without question I would work with this shipper again. She communicated every step of the way and delivered the item -- an old pinball machine -- on time and at a very reasonable cost. Five Stars.

Delivered early, in perfect condition, nearly $200.00 cheaper than my other bids and faster to boot. For mid-size items -- he delivered a new motorcycle from Oakland to Seattle for me -- I'd strongly recommend him. The only nit I'd pick (and I'd still use him again in a heartbeat, mind you) is that he seems to turn off his phone at times and he isn't always easy to reach while on the road. But no matter. The bike arrived exactly as he said it would and really, that's exactly what I paid for.
