got my car to his house quick but wont deliver it all the way. My brother had to drive one and a half hour to go get the car from his house but he still charged the whole trip. Didn't mind it but at least he could've given a discount for not taking it all the way for us.

Transporter came to pick up my bike in an old pick up truck with lots of junk in the back to include a big old tire. There we're some miss-communications in the beginning with but towards the end, the shipper became very hostile and took the my bike from New Orleans to Tennessee and left it there and would not deliver it. I had to find another shipper to pick it up from his location to ship it to San Diego which is the destination.

This customer is absolutely Right. I made a mistake and tried to help a Friend use my Uship account to make some much needed money. He messed everything up within a month and ruined my reputation and cost me a lot of money. I paid $100.00 out of my pocket to the new shipper and did NOT collect a penny from this Customer. Met the new driver at 1:00 am to load the bike into his Trailer after waiting 5 hours for him. Also the customer made my Friend wait 3 hours at pick up. No more helping Friends.

Bike was delivered, but was mishandled and damaged my bike. However shipper was easy and fair to deal with and made sure we were happy customers by helping take care of the damaged parts. Wouldn't mind using this shipper again.

Had a helper get something for me out of my trailer and he unstraped a strap from bike to get to what I needed and didn't strap it back. So parts of fairings got damage. Instead of paying 60cent per pound liability. I paid for replacement parts in cash cause i felt bad and I try to treat people how I would like to be treated. It cost alot more then I legally was responsible for. But it's Good Business and and it was the "Tebow" thing to do.
