This shipment went very well. Due to bad experience Mr. Gibson had with another TSP for this shipment, our bid was accepted late at night, the pickup was made the next day and was delivered as planned. Mr. Gibson was a wonderful person to talk to and made payment as promised. Will definitely do business with him again. Thank you Mr. Gibson.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer This booking was cancelled due to the fact that customer seems to have a problem with this company. He was verbally abusive to the staff by using racial comments, accusing the company to be a fraud, and advised that he will purposely leave bad feedback in uship. Refused to follow company policy and we could not reach an argeement. The sender sent the payment to the wrong paypal account the transaction number is and paypal advised he needs to cancel the transaction. The custome

ShippingShackflorida did an excellent job. Last minute contact was no problem. Prompt pickup, Quick shipment, on time delivery, very courteous service and did precisely what I wanted and what he promised.

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Failed to show up for pickup did not call when I called Wendell said he would re book When I asked to arrange payment I was told to follow instructions in the email. never got an email. called several times and several different people said they would call back but didn't.Sent paypal payment to email address as instructed.wendell called and said they were canceling I did not make any racial remarks but did call them a bunch of brain dead morons will check feedback next time Theirs is not good

This Company will not tolerate any shipper, on u-ship to disrepect their employees, Because of language barrier,or any ethinc background.After researching this shipper sent his payment to another e-mail address,Shipper did not follow Company policies,Also stated no one never responded to him,Untrue he spoke with Linda Asst Operation Manager**** This is what happen when the shipper assumes you are someone he wants you to be.
