This was a great experience!
During the bidding process, the shipper promptly responded to all my questions, and kept in touch with me and my daughter as the moving day approached. When my daughter couldn't sell her dining room set, the shipper quoted an additional price that was more than fair. She even met another driver and transferred the shipment to his truck so we received the shipment more than a week ahead of schedule! A+ for price, communications and flexibility!
