Jan tried to turn her load into a "hot load" immediately after pick up changing the agreement, micromanaging everyone. She sent endless emails, called the police to search for her items when they were almost to the destination and we delivered on time! Proceed with Caution.

Contact Customer Service for the accurate version of what really transpired here. Customer Service had to intervene and threaten to permanently remove their account in order to get them to actually deliver the furniture.

Based on this experience I sincerely doubt that I would ever consider using uShip again.

If there was an experience rating even higher than positive then I'd definitely choose it for this experience. John was an absolute PLEASURE to work with - very courteous, very respectful, totally responsive, great communications throughout the entire process and a reasonable price for the service. WHAT MORE COULD YOU EVEN ASK FOR?!
I will be recommending John to my friends with similar needs and would definitely and specifically want to use him again. A++++ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
