I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment When the bid was entered the dates were NOT those that appeared on the bid accepted. As of now, we have no idea how this happened. Unfortunately, it did. We are going to contact Uship and find out what might have gone wrong technologically, so this never happens again. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Sonny was a pleasure to bring to his new home. He got along with all my pets immediately and has his own routine and eating habits that he followed along the trip. Pet parent was very prepared, flexible with pickup and dropoff times and easy to communicate with. Glad I could reunite again, that's why I do it! Thanks for the great feedback!!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I called the provider and waited for a response. After no response I tried again today and Jackie told me she did not bid for my shipment during the dates I have listed, which is impossible. Needless to say I need my money back this is a major inconvienence and it takes money out of my pocket that I don't have!

As a pet parent with limited resources and no faith in leaving my puppy alone with my friends let alone a stranger, I was reserved about this system. Ethan was as understanding as a saint. I texted and he responded. I called and he answered. Sonny had never been in a crate, so he let him ride in the seat and loook out the window, which is his favorite thing to do! I will call Ethan and his wife the next time and everytime I need Sonny to relocate. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!! You're Rock!
