He was prompt (came early in fact) for pickup, (even though he had to wait for a significant time to get in to collect, Jeff did not complain, he communicated regularly with me, was very helpful with unloading, all making for a great uShip experience. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After repeated (4 email and 1 phone call) attempts to contact the service provider, after they accepted my order, they (the service provider) decided to cancel - again without first communicating with me. Not at all satisfied - will start again trying to get my item shipped. VERY disappointed!
