Communication was good at the beginning, but pickup was repeatedly delayed. Delivery at port of Charleston was complicated because Jason did not have a TWIC card yet (see: http://www.tsa.gov/what_we_do/layers/twic/index.shtm). In the end all worked out, but took longer and cost more ...

thanks and ive never delt with the t.w.i.c. card at ports i just came from port in n.j. and norfolk and never had any thing like this happen and i asked repetedly whats needed at the port of charelston s.c. ive never been there but all is done and delivered now so thanks for buisness and have a great day
