Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services This customer accepted my bid late Thursday afternoon. First thing early Monday morning he had called up and was being extremely insulting and verbally abusive to everyone he talked to. I tried to explain to him that we do not work on Sundays and he continued to make threats. We decided that we did not want to work with someone as rude and unprofessional as this man was. I would say to anyone to be careful working with this individual.

Nothing but excusses,hey did not decide not to work with me at all.Matter of fact the manager called me,telling me they were sorry and to give them a another chance at the order, and I did, and still cant get it done after wasting more of my customers and my time.and of course after the manager told me this was his number 1 priority and still has made no calls or anything in the sort.I guess this is the way you run your business,,I guess the phone call was just a con to waist 3 more days

They just dont get any better then this.Dale is #1 in my book.Will use everytime I can,I ship an ave.of 4 cars per month,and Dale will be the first call.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I TOLD THEM UP FRONT,IT HAD TO P/U IN 1 DAY,THEY SAID 3 I SAID O.K.3 DAYS LATER NO P/U OR CALL NO NOTHING. MON. CAME, I CALLED AND THEY THEN SAID 3-5 DAYS AFTER WAITING 3 DAYS LIKE I WAS TOLD.NEVER THE LESS TODAY IS DAY 5 AND LIKE USAL,NO CALL OR NOTHING FROM ANYBODY ABOUT THIS SHIPMENT.THIS IS THE FIRST TIME TO USE U SHIP AND THIS, SO CALLED CARRIER(EARTH AUTO SHIPPERS)THIS IS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN 13 YEARS OF BUSINESS. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
