There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Bid details clearly state 100% (as all my customers pay without a problem) This customer refuses to make that deposit to hold the spot on the trailer. he asked if he could pay half on pickup and I countered an offer of 50% upon bid aceptance at which time he accepted the bid.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Chad Harper over communictaed during the bidding process,he put allot of pressure for me to book him. I went against my gut and booked him. We spoke and agreed to 100.00 before he left 1/2 of the balance at pick up location and the balance in drop off location. He called me Sunday to ask me if he could postpone the pick-up date do to a problem with his trailer. I said yes as long as I have the pallets in Miami by Saturday. I havent heard from him since! The point is he never left! bad experience
