I no longer need my item(s) shipped My load that was booked with trucker has to be canceled due to the item that was to be hauled was canceled for pickup and is no longer needed for trucking.
The Service provider did a great job in communicating and we worked it out to avoid any problems on both ends.

Yes they did a good job and were very responsive with my many questions.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Service provider refused my payment I made to Uship for the total amount via my PayPal account which I did through Uship checkout. I am requesting a refund because the Service Provider contacted me informing me that he only excepts credit cards and i already paid Uship so I am not very happy!
Please advise me on what to do about this matter.

We are forced to accept uship's safepay option which is not geared toward a productive business model for myself. I have to hope that driving to a location the shipment is still there, ready and the same as the listing. If not, I am not paid for Fuel, Time, loss of business on other valid loads, I get nothing in a way of safety and security through this forced payment processing. Sorry Tom but I have to ensure I get paid. If uship is a part of it, I cannot be sure I will.
