The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment VEHICLE BATTERY WAS DEAD PRIOR TO TRANSPORT, VEH WAS ATTEMPTED TO START, DRIVER DECLINED TO LOAD VEHILCE. THERE ARE MANY ISSUES THAN I AM NOT HAPPY WITH DUE TO THE INITIAL CONVERSATION WITH OWNER OF SHIPPING COMPANY. PICK UP TIME WAS MISREPRESENTED. OTHER WISE I WOULD HAVE CHOSE A DIFFERENT COMPANY.
