the shipper was great and paid promptly. to answer a few of the comments, 2 of the horses took a very long time to get on the trailer. the truck began to act up the 2nd day and i stopped to get it looked at, and the destination was completely ice. the help she is talking about was her friend pulling me off the ice with his 4-wheel drive about 4 different times. the horses also did not go to original destination because water was froze. i went 30 miles farther but she paid extra for that.

After many delays due to weather and mechanical problems with the truck, my horses arrived in Nebraska about 16 hours later than expected. While the shipper did their best under the circumstances additional help was required to complete the trip. I would use the shipper again with better weather circumstances.
The horses received good hay and water but were anxious to leave the trailer!!!! Everyone worked well together and I am extremely pleased to be able to have the horses with me.

i had thought the ride would be a breeze starting out on clear dry roads. but when i exited the freeway near farm, had to deal with ice everywhere. janice had a friend waiting, i think he had to help pull truck off ice at least 3 times. thnx so much to you both for the help!
