Customer decided that he doesn't agree with our payment arrangement and we mutually agree that we don't want to proceed with this shipment in this environment.

Different Days Different Conversations-Poor Communication And Tactics 1st)I called them, waited about two days after the auction had ended. They hadn't contacted me, worked out details of delivery 2nd)3 days later I called them again, said they didn't have a truck available until next week. We are at seven days from booking date now. 3rd-Wanted to up the price by eighty dollars, I compromised told them fifty 4th-wanted a 100 deposit but why was this not mentioned in the three beforehand?

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment we are unable to pick up this vehicle the car is inop and the pick up location is to tight for semi truck

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Service provider refused to honor original agreement and price.

Not true! This guy is a repeat customer and knows our service and requirements very well! The only reason he's canceling is because he MUST pay a $100 deposit which is part of the total price! Not more - not less. We even had a trucker on the way to him to get the car loaded when he refused to pay the initial deposit!!!

Excellent timeframes...delivered on time ahead of the schedule...delivery to the actual truck was a little bit dicey...also it needs to be noted that the cars are being transported on an actual big rig truck..therefore they are not allowed into neighborhoods (residential) Overall extremely positive..and the driver had some AWESOME jokes....
