The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I can`t make contact with the trucker he has missed two pickup dates and times that he could of loaded and the people that I am dealing with at the pickup point are not very helpful as far different load times if you are not there then you do it next time on what they say.I have sent the trucker all paper work he needs and he has not loaded yet.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved My Service Provider went out of his way to try and haul the tractors for me but the place were I was getting them could not load on the week end only in the week Mon. thru Friday. and that would not work I will use FSCARPA again if the chance comes up.
