The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it An automatic bid was generated by the weight entered by the customer. The shipment weight was much greater so we gave the customer the option to cancel.

J&B transport was the best decision I ever made. Jerry was helpful took very good care to make sure my shipment was secure. Everything was in great shape when it arrived. The price was more then fair, and worth every penny spent. From start to finish this has been a pleasent expericence. The delieverly was a day early, and Jerry worked around my schedule.
