Missed several scheduled pickup days and times with no notice or last minute cancellations or postponements. Same with delivery… days passed with no communication then left texts would arrive another day and time and didn’t show multiple times.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper cancelled three days AFTER pickup date without communicating item wasn’t picked and wasn’t on the way. Finding out the day of projected delivery when shipper has my email and cell isn’t really excusable. I understand challenges occur but cancelling me the day it’s supposed to be delivered when it hasn’t even been picked up yet for any reason is bad. Maybe I’m just old and expect fair honest service.

Excellent service…. On time at both ends…, packed and transported a fine two piece glass door secretary with original bubbled glass doors… 18th century piece and did it all perfectly!

I’ve had good and bad experiences but this fella was honestly 5-STAR. Fast, neat, prof , on time, NICE and nice transport vehicle too. I’ll be using him again for certain. Fine furniture, vehicles, handled with kid-gloves.
