Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services

WOW, you finally responded when I filed a complaint... I suppose the reason for me saying that you misrepresented yourself is because you did.. You said you would deliver a engine for me and not only did you NOT do that, but you also never emailed OR called me once

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time are you just plain stupid ? i did not loose any deliverys going your way. i live 2 hours from you why would i not want to get paid to go home. i do not know who screwed you over before but i wrecked my van on my way to pick your bike up and the only rental i could get to get home was a jetta. i am sorry about not getting your bike but you are really starting to be a real a## about it

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I spent 3 days trying to contact customer with no response. Every time I called before the day I was supposed to pick up he would not answer and return the phone call 2 days later. Was told to call about 2 hours from when I could pick up and I called 3 times that day with NO ANSWER! He called me 2 days later and left a nasty message and has NEVER SENT ANY EMAILS TO ME! After waiting 3 hours at my last pick up point before him with no contact we sent the truck south as he was not answering.

wow- wheres the part about your broken trailer axle that you said would put you behind a week or so??....My advise for anyone considering using this guy is first of all- don't use him... But if you have to, ask alot of questions and just protect yourself as much as possible.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Bikes were not available for pick up when we arrived. Will gladly transport for Damon in the future.
