I was very disappointed in there service. I was told they were going to pick up the pallet by 9:30am so I waited around till then. Nobody showed I called and they told me 11:30am,again no show. I called again & was told 1pm, again no show. After wasting my day I was told 5pm, again no show. I finally called & asked to talk to a manager, they told me they were not going to pick up until the next business day which was 3 days away. I had to threaten to cancel before they finally arrived at 7pm

Richard R. communicated directly with the freight company. He never notified 1stClassShipping of any issue. And even though his feedback is difficult to understand the shipment was picked up on the scheduled date and delivered on time without any problems!
