Thank you, Roger. Roger went above and beyond with this shipment. From a last-minute change in pick up day on the seller to fielding late night phone calls to make this happen. I truly appreciated that. His main objective was getting my product to me in a timely manner, and he did. Picked up around noonish and I received the product around 2ish the next day. Steve did a great job was fast, on time, and helpful. This is the largest item I have shipped on uship and I am very pleased. Would definitely ship with topship again. Was in contact with me and also the individual I was setting up with. I don't think I could have asked for more.

Great dealing with. Also responded to emails/text/calls. Gave me updates of where he was, how many miles left and time he would be arriving. Picked up the ski on time and delivered when he said.
