Dan did an incredible job! I was unable to view this bike before purchase, but I did have extensive photos. Dan called and told me about every single mark on the bike and even that it needed washing. He also kept me informed about when the delivery would occur. He arrived when he said he would. He has a fantastic trailer for hauling bikes and he takes very good care of them. He was very nice in person and even backed the bike into my garage as I had a back injury.
