was late on schedual, no respect, i pushed from nc to detroit fast, in a snow blizzard, late at night, 2 dogs cramped in one small carrier, no food for them, very rude lady, offered to do a 2 for one and nothing but complaints, went out of my way and couldnt make her happy for nothing, all for $180 bucks, and all went to gas and to buy her dogs another carrier for they can have space and no appreciation....would never want to see her again

I can't find the words to express how happy I was with the service this company provided. Eloy was great and kept the lines of communication open all through out the transport. The package was very well cared for, and although there was a delay due to weather, the dog was delivered before Christmas as promised. Elroy, take care and if I ever need another job you will be the first person that I think of. Merry Christmas and best wishes to you and your family always!!
