Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services The description of the shipment listed the times as "flexible". Furthermore, when I contracted with the customer he mentioned "there is no hurry" I politely asked if I could pick it up on my next shipment. I am now almost in California and he requests a cancellation. I don't this it is fair for a cancellation. I would still be willing to do this at half price to make the customer happy, however, I don't want to risk negative feedback because it was not the time frame he expected. Thanks! -Dave Response from Rory N.: Shipper set 1st date. Day before pickup asked if he could come back in 2 weeks to pick up because he had a family function. I agree, no problem. 2 weeks go by, I hear nothing from him. I call/email, get no response for 3 days. When I do get response, it will be another week. Another week goes by and nothing. 5 days of no email/phone response, I cancel and he responds, I agree no negative feedback, I just want my item. No respone. Hope your pick up doesnt inconvenience him, you won't get it.
