Was uncomfortable when I found out the pm before pickup that though Kevin's trailer would be used for the transport, the driver was in fact a friend of his. Kevin vouched that this friend was a good as he was. Took the chance it it turned out beautifully. The trailer was immaculate which I requested. The guys were calm, easy & helpful from pickup to delivery. Kevin was prompt in contacting me initially. The guys did a great job letting me know the status when I call in.

Mark was prompt, courteous & handled my horse with a nice attitude. All contact pre-pickup was via email. Requested cash on delivery. Gave headsup at 45mins before dropoff. My horse and his gear arrived safely. I will not hesitate to use his services again. Enjoy your Devon vacation Mark.

I'd truly have liked to haul for this individual. My F350 Diesel broke down and I had to quickly canceled my hauls (knowing I'd be down for roughly a week). Everyone was nice to me, and I thank them greatly. BoboRolf (Rolf)

Eddie was early for both pickup & delivery, but was not hurried. He did his best to keep communications going intransit in spite of poor cell reception. My horse arrived happy & relaxed. All of my gear arrived intact. 1st contact was by email, then by phone. Eddie was direct and straightforward in dealing with us. He enjoyed transporting my horse so much he stayed around to chat and allowed me to inspect his rig. I recommend this shipper and will use his transport services again. Thanks Eddie.
