i now understand the reason why you have not followed through and express my condolences of the matter. however, i do not appreciate the lack of professionalism with which this cancellation was handled. the bid was listed 3 weeks ago, you have scheduled day after day as to when the item would be picked up and have consistently defaulted of the promise.
what makes these actions so egregiously negligent is that i have a buyer that has been expecting his item for quite some time.

the shipper was courteous, direct & professional. he knew what to do and moved the couch from the 2nd floor and loaded it on the truck very quickly & efficiently.
