I did not show up at agreed upon date and time the one no left on uship was disconected the second no no one ever picked up just got answering machine my aunt passed away and i had to deal with funeral arraingments and the funeral earlier today i am very sorry and still making the run leaving pa to fl sun night

I cant thank these people enough for what they did for me in shipping my cat!! They kept in contact me with all the time & told me how she was & bought her food!! I would definetly use them again & anyone who needs a dependable shipper this is the one to use!! Many thanks!!

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment She was suppose to pick up the cat on the 15th or the 16th. But couldnt due to no fault of her own!! Then she would have done it on the 22nd but I had to get the cat out of their sooner!! Thanks!! Response from Erin M.: Kim, I am so glad you got Angel out of there!! I am really sorry to have to postpone and glad you were so understanding, as I was given 1 day notice on the cancellation of the other shipments. They made it impossible to find something to replace that entire shipment with the short notice. Glad everything worked out in the end, and good luck with your kitty. Erin

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After numerous calls, left messages. e-mails this person never responded to me!! Now I am left in a predictament to get my cat up North without me being here!! They could have called to cancel or e-mailed. But nothing! NO RESPONSE!! Very poor business people!! WOuld NOT recommend them to anyone!! They dont run a good business and it is horrible that I have to leave my cat with someone she doesnt know because of this. My cat arrive safely - wich I was thankful for - but her carrier was not cleaned. When they called & said they were delivering he he said he would be here Friday night late or early Saturday morning. Which she did arrive around 10:00AM. But her carrier was soaked. If you are going to travel for more than two days she should have been left out of the carrier & her towel should have been changed. Response from johnboston: I did allow the cat out of the carrier, however, only for limited amounts of time, as I wanted to make sure the cat didnt escape. I wasnt given the name of the cat, so I didnt feel confident that I could get it if it got away. The carrier was wet only because the water that I gave it several times spilled. If the towel was to be changed, one should have been supplied. The cat meowed the entire trip....even all night!
