I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Tried to contact me outside the system.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time He was supposed to pick up in 8 days and it has been 15. He will not call me back or answer e-mails. The dealership has already booked another carier for me and will pick it up tomorrow.
I have used u-ship once in the past and it worked well this one did not. I do not intend to ship any other vehicles and do not want a credit with u-ship just my money back.

They were very easy to work with. They had a couple of day delay due to a trailer being tied up with a different load. I would recommned this shipper.
