Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Have been in contact with client. In addition I am presently in Arizona to make this my next p/u tommorrow morning.

We have nothing but kudos for Tootie and Kep. We were in constant communication with them because Tootie kept calling us giving us their location.
They gave us a very reasonable price and excellent service. They were on time. They did everything they said they would do.
The truck was in excellent condition upon arrival. Please give these folks a chance to haul your merchandise. They will not disappoint you. And no, we are not related to them.

We cannot say enough positive things about Jeff and Ann. Pickup was punctual, during the trip was excellent, delivery was actually early, and our vehicle arrived in perfect condition. We had a problem with the doors leading to the hydraulic lift. They were locked and the salesman did not send a key. Jeff would not leave us until he was able to get the doors open. He also reattached the mirrors the same way they were originally attached. Spend extra time with us making sure everything was o

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Have been trying for 4 days to reach Provider--voice mail is full. Sent emails, but no response. He is now three weeks late. Told me to be patient--broke axle avoiding a wreck. I would avoid this guy like the plague. Too bad there isn't a penalty on USHIP for people like this.

I made contact on multiple occasions, I contacted the shipping party as asked and I informed him I would contact him when I picked up and that I had talked to the person on the shipping end. When this job was cancelled I was close to pick up. Unfortunately I am a small business, and when I start receiving 50-100 calls a day, I can't answer them all, because no work would get done. I also don't spend large amounts of time on the comp. especially to repeat what has already been said.
