This is a 5 star outfit. Just super! Frequent and friendly phone/email contact. Bike transported in covered trailer and arrived exactly as promised. They even delivered a small box of spare parts at no charge. I would do business again with Doug/Kari in a heartbeat. Really a great example of what good service is all about. They own the business and the personal touch is outstanding.
