Super Shipper. There was a one day delay in pickup but it was fault of the seller. Michael was professional about the situation until resolved. He also delivered the chair one day earlier than expected. Highly recommend for people who list things to be shipped. AAA+++

Pick up was made on time estimated and delivery was made on time estimated. Contact with driver during pickup and delivery. Drivers were pros in dismount of car and had positive cheerful attitude. No problem in doing business with them again.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved This cancellation is no way the Service Provider's fault. The pick up time scheduled with the seller would not release the car. Seller said I owed him $30 for notarized and mailing of title. It could not be worked with seller and I have filed complaint with Ebay Motors and the Resolution Center. I also have filed with VPP associated with Ebay for possible legal action with seller as the $30 had nothing to do with the auction I won and paid for in full on the 21st of August. VPP asking for full Response from MattM5768: Sorry there was an issue for your car Richard, this happens, thanks for keeping us in the loop, we'd be happy to ship for you again in the future.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time I sent email to service provider 10 hours ago and never received a response. Also, payment was made to Uship from wrong paypal account. I will correct that upon next bid acceptance.

The service provider assured me by email on 25 Sep 15 that the vehicle to be pickup NLT 6PM 29 Sep 15 would be accomplished. Provider had 6 calendar days to do that date. Vehicle had to be picked by that time as the seller was leaving out of town and would not return 5 Oct 15. I talked to the seller at noon today and no shipper had contacted him for pickup. That time has now expired. I also talked to uship and the provider 5 hours prior to the deadline and still no response. Extremely bad c
