There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved As stated in the bid details, before or after, I sent an e-mail requesting 1/2 at pick-up as a deposet, and remainder at delivery. With no discusion they decided they will NOT pay anything up front, and requests to cancel. Would have loved to had a conversation about this, but it is what it is, canceled.

Picking up and delivering this Huge Organ was definitely a challenge.. But having Jeff let us know ahead of time definitely helped.. I would definitely do business with this customer again. He answered all phone and email messages right away. Paid when we delivered. Thanks Jeff for the business! During this slow down in our economy its customers like you that keep companies like mine afloat.. I appreciate it.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This guy has closed his account and claims he moved the item...if you look at the feedback he says sorry..because he DIDN'T move the item at all. I need a full credit. Thanks.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider did pickup item, and while in transit to my home, had an accident and didn't make it to my home. The item was damaged and he has refunded me the ebay price I paid for the item.
