This was tragic. AG handed off my 3000.00 glider to a third party (SAIA) who promptly delivered it wet, greasy, torn, bent, and crushed to my client. SAIA told me they were only liable for .10 cents a pound and to contact ShipAG. AG, of course, told me they are only a broker and are not responsible for what happens to the product I paid them to ship. I can't believe that both these companies can take your product, charge you 300.00 to ship it, destroy it and give you 6.00 compensation? Tragic

Yes we are a broker and handed this off to a large national carrier - This customer refused Insurance option and his Item was damaged. We appologized on behalf of the carrier for the danmaging of his shipped item and refunded his payment in full because we are not in the business of making money on shipping items that get damaged.
