I would like a full refund of my money $ 266.53, paying $600.00 to ship a car is not worth it to me and I will have my daughter fly in and drive the car back to Texas herself. I feel bad we could not resolve this issue and I have never had a problem with all the cars I have shipped on uship in the past.
Uship you need to make you put something in place so a person can double check ship to and from to make sure your information is correct before it load in the last address uship shipped to.

I loved the fact that they stayed in touch along the way even after I said I was comfortable and they did'nt need to stay in touch. They even took a couple pictures of the car since I bought it at auction on line and it is hard to see every inch of the car.

Justin was really great to work with he keep in touch daily and he had a great sense of humor. He did what was promised and had my daughter's car out of NC and into NE, door to door service within 3 days. Thank you very much Justin.
