Vehicle sat @ auction facility for 2 weeks waiting for autotransxpress to move it. No communication (by phone or e-mail) from shipper on status of vehicle. I called phone # of shipper & got a fax machine sometimes or left a message on recorder & I sent e-mail also. When shipper answered their phone I was told they were working very hard to get my vehicle shipped? Shipper still wanted me to wait on them to move vehicle after 2 weeks of waiting? I told shipper NO! I will never use this shipper!

This is NOT a professional transport company, they rented a U-Haul trailer to move my vehicle????
No insurance to cover my vehicle, NO DOT # on truck, NO Inspection report for vehicle when they picked it up!!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS FLY BY NIGHT PROVIDER AGAIN!!!!

Provider is NOT a trucking/transport company. He is a fly by night operator! He DOES NOT have INSURANCE coverage for hauling vehicles to protect the vehicle or the owner of the vehicle in case of an accident! Provider used his personal pickup and a U-HAUL rental trailer to transport my vehicle? No DOT numbers on the truck or trailer and provider gave me his person insurance card for proof of insurance? Provider has no vehicle inspection reports on car before and after it is loaded and delivered?
