After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider My shipment has not been picked up and is now 9 days past the original promise date of pick up. I initially could not get ahold of the provider, but have twice since and he has no memory of my pickup in both instances/phone calls, he can provide no information, makes excuses, etc. The person at the pickup location has had a family emergency and has to place a family member in hospice, They have to leave the state to make the arrangements so I need to cancel shipment and reschedule at a later

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period was unable to provide the service provider with a pickup contact phone number when he called me. I had to email the pickup destination for that information. have not been able to contact service provider via email or phone since pickup was to be made of my item. I have since supplied all contact phone numbers and information via phone message and email to petersens. Provider does not return emails or phone messages, has not made pickup of item in alloted time frame agreed upon.
