The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper did not show up for the first agreed time of pickup, the second re-scheduled time of pickup, failed to notify me of non-pickup in general. No communications from shipper whatsoever; I just called him and he now states his truck has been broken down and maybe be able to do the pickup "4 months from now". Unprofessional.
