Transport was handled with complete professionalism. Matt handled some extra items for agreed-upon charge. Pick-up had to be handled through neighbor because we were away, and everything went off flawlessly. Delivery was quicker than expected, but Matt waited until son was off work to drop off our beagle. She was obviously well-cared for on the trip and very happy when she arrived. Thanks much!
