The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time was in contact with provider--he never called person at pickup location--he was to pick up on friday-no show -i left several cell phone mess-no return--emails not answered-

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period PROVIDERS PH. WAS NOT IN SERVICE--SENT HIM SEVERAL EMAILS-NO REPLY-
