The whole process was very much satisfactory. The truck arrived right on time to pick up nmy SUV and delivered on the day they promised. The truck drivers had trouble communicating in English which can be very annoying and can make it difficult to give and receive directions. I had to call Roll Over Transport dispatch several times to make sure I understood the driver correctly.
