Michael was very friendly and professional. He came promptly to pick up my items. The time frame for delivery was delayed by a few days by Greyhound due to the July 4th weekend, so just a heads up that even Michael can not predict Greyhound delays during holiday seasons. The packaging for my bed and frame was excellent. All pieces came undamaged and, as requested, the special handling of my mattress (laying flat while in transit) was taken cared of.
