The service was excellent. The transporter, Torrie Green, was reliable, professional, caring, competent and easy to work with.
Her scheduling was on the mark, so there were no surprises as to when the animal would be picked up and when delivery would be made. She kept us informed throughout the trip.
Her van was very clean and well ordered. She strapped the kennel into place just behind the passenger seat so that she could observe our cat at all times.
