Once I accepted the bid, I responded by phone & Text to Teddy. This was Thanksgiving day! Heard from him the next day, all was set for Saturday pick up. All went well leaving Tucson. In route to California, un unexpected delay took place. Teddy informed me by text since desert phn services are bad. I thanked him & told him to take his time, the delivery can wait, just be sake. Teddy delivered like a pro and Im very happy!! Ronnie

I was a little hesitant upon accepting the bid at first because of some of the previous feed back. After a few Emails back and forth I decided to accept the bid.. I was glad I did. Frank was right on the ball, ready to pick the limousine up. It was picked up within 48 hours and delivered to me after the weekend. In fact, it arrived a day early. being self employed, i know we all have our good and bad days. I would use Franks again with no problem. Thats for coming threw for me. Ronnie

Wally & I talked on phone before his arrival time and date. He was on time to pick up Hearse parts, extremely friendly and I felt comfortable. The communication with me and the client accepting parts was excellent! He even called me to let me know he was minutes away from drop off. I will use Wally again for any further shipments!! Extreeeemly happy!!!

The hearse arrived safe in one piece. Sent him out to get another on in a different State. Had a little difficulty with arrival "ETA" times but thats to be expected coming from a few hundred miles away. Driver and assistance were nice a professional. I do plan on using him again in the future... Ronnie, Hearse Broker.
