Very nice guys. Handled my hutch like pros. My only issue was the long wait for pickup of the item - 4 weeks and the delivery took a long time to deliver - 2 weeks. Also, the out of normal range pickup time 8:15 PM on a weeknight and the drop off time 7:45 AM - not the most convenient times for working parents who have children at home.

The item was picked up in 13 days and delivered in 7 days..Early delivery was customer request..our normal hours are 8am to 8pm..We do appreciate the business and feedback!
