Everything worked out perfectly! Raz (pet cat) was not too bothered by the move and behaved very well on the plane. Met the cat at the airport in St. Louis, boarded the flight (first class) and arrived 1 hour later in Minneapolis. Then delivered to customers residence. Payment made, shipment complete! Thank you so much.

Absoultely wonderful experience with this shipper. She picked up and delivered my cat on time with no work on our part. Our cat received concierge-like personal attention in a padded container located in the cabin. The price was less than shipping her air cargo which would have required purchasing a cargo container and trips to and from the airport. She will be at the top of my list for my next shipment.
