some miscommunication between the buyer and dealership resulted in a delay for pick-up. we straightened the situation out and everything went about as smoothly as it could to the delivery. Had good communication with Lorien which helped alleviate the situation. Would do business with him again.

He handled my transport very professionally, even though there was a lack of communiction by the dealer at pickup. Jeremy was able to get the job done!
