This service provider start argue when I asked him to fill out a part of credit card authorization, where is must be stated for what service and how much I will authorize to charge. Confuse me and him self as well. Ask me to rely on big name of his company and thousand of shipments they do, when I asked questions about insurance and what if something happens with load. It is good he will use insured carriers, but I work with them, with broker. And it is normal for costumers to ask questions.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Vehicle should be picked Tuesday by something went wrong, can't reach service provider for period of 3 days. Doesn't respond on emails, voicemails, does not pickup the phone. Horrible!!! Have to pay now storage fee. Refund all money please.
